Summary
With
academic background in Chemistry, I have worked on exploring swelling
properties of polyelectrolyte multilayers with ionic liquid solution
during my PhD. Polyelectrolyte multilayers are self-assembled thin
polymeric films of either synthetic or bio-polymers. The potential
application of polyelectrolyte multilayers are spread from
electrochemical systems to bio-sensor systems.
Being interested in self-assembly systems I started to work on reassembly virus like particles in my Postdoc. I have addressed the disassembly and reassembly kinetics of virus with surface sensitive techniques. Further I have developed simple method to release and inhibit virus binding by competitive protein.
