Twelve years of total experience in teaching, industry and research.
Worked as Sr. Research Scientist at formulation and development department for regulatory market (ANDA filling) in Cadila HealthCare Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad and received ‘Project Excellence’ award for one of the formulation during tenure in Cadila.
Published fifteen papers in reputed international and national journals and presented more than thirty papers in various national and international seminars.
Received travel grant to attended International event 9th World meeting at Lisbon, Portugal from DST.
Received research grant of Rs. 3.6 lakhs from GUJCOST for research project on SMEDDS.
Awarded 3rd rank in oral paper presentation competition by GUJCOST.
Played volley ball up to national level during her schooling. Recognized post graduate faculty and Ph. D. Guide at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University.
She has guided eleven M. Pharm students and currently guiding three M. Pharm and seven Ph. D. students.

Dr. Jignasa K. savjani is presently serving as an assistant professor at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, from June 2007. She obtained her Ph D from Nirma University in the year 2011. Subsequently she was a lecturer at A.P.M.C. College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, North Gujarat University from 2003 to 2005 and Arihant School of Pharmacy and Bioresearch Institute, Gujarat University from 2005 to 2007. She published research and review articles in internationally repute journals. She received financial assistant from CSIR to attend and present research work at 16th Annual Green Chemistry and Engineering Conference held at Washington DC, USA, in June 2012. She has received financial assistance from CSIR and Sybyl X, Tripos for conducting a CSIR sponsored workshop on “Hands on Training on Software Related to Computer Aided Drug Design” at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, Ahmedabad in the year 2013. She has also contributed as a reviewer for prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Medicinal Chemistry Research and Analytical Chemistry Letters. She delivered various guest lectures on topics related to medicinal chemistry. She received research grant worth rupees 3.5 lacs from GUCOST for minor research project. In recent year she focused on the Computational drug design of anti-tubercular agents, Co-crystal chemistry and synthesis of small molecules. She filed two patents which was published in the official journal of Indian patent office.

Ms. Bhumika D. Patel is working as Assistant professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She has 6 year and 11 months of teaching experience. She has attended many national and international level seminars and conferences. She has 7 international publications and 12 presentations in her credit. Currently she is pursuing Ph. D under Prof. Manjunath Ghate, Director and Head, Dept. of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma Univeristy.
