Edward Emmett is originally from London and received his MChem from the University of Oxford in 2010. He joined Prof. Michael Willis's research group as an undergraduate student and remained to study for his DPhil in Organic Chemistry. His research focuses on the development of amine-sulfur dioxide complexes as SO2 surrogates in both catalytic and non-catalytic methodologies.
