Dr. Bhaskar R. Guntoori joined Pharmaron as a Vice President of Process Chemistry in July 2011, and promoted to Senior Vice Presidnet in January 2016. 
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Guntoori was a Senior Manager, R&D at ApotexPharmachem, Brantford, Canada. 
He started at ApotexPharmachem in 1995 as a Chemist, held several positions within the Process R&D group before being promoted to Senior Manager R&D in 2004. 

He was one of the principal contributors to the growth of the R&D team from less than ten members in 1995 to a group of eighty scientists. He oversaw the successful completion of more than forty API projects, from lab scale process development to scale-up and commercialization and contributed significantly to the growth of intellectual property of the company.   

Dr. Guntoori received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry in 1988 from the University of Poona, India. Subsequently, he joined Sagami Chemical Research Centre, Japan to pursue industrial position under the advisory of Prof. T. Hiyama (1988-1990). 
He then joined Prof. Steve Hanessian’s group at the University of Montreal (1990-1994).
Dr. Guntoori’s expertise covers broad area of synthetic chemistry, such as medicinal chemistry, total synthesis, methodologies and Process R&D. His research work is published in 14 peer-reviewed scientific journals and he is a co-inventor/co-author of more than 88 internationally issued patents/patent applications.

Wenqing Yao joined Incyte in February 2002 as Director, Chemistry. Dr. Yao has over 20 years of experience in medicinal chemistry. For the past nine years, Dr. Yao has held roles of increasing responsibility at Incyte, most recently as Senior Vice President, Discovery Chemistry. Prior to joining Incyte, Dr. Yao held scientific research positions with DuPont Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 1996 to 2002. Dr. Yao received his B.S. in chemistry from Xuzhou Normal University, his M.S. in organic chemistry from NanKai University and his Ph.D. in organic/medicinal chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexandra Glucksmann is Chief Operating Officer and founding employee at Editas Medicine Inc., a gene editing company whose mission is to translate its genome editing technology into a novel class of human therapeutics. Previously, Alexandra was Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Cerulean Pharma, which she joined at its founding. Cerulean Pharma is a clinical-stage company developing innovative nanopharmaceutical tumor-targeting products.  Prior to joining Cerulean in 2006, she spent 13 years at Millennium Pharmaceuticals which she joined in 1993 as one of its first scientists. At Millennium, she held a series of science positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately becoming Vice President of all platform technology groups before moving into a senior role in strategic program management and operations. She serves on the board of Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology (WEST). Alexandra was a post-doctoral fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Ph.D. with honors from the University of Chicago.
