Johannes Kaschel

Johannes grew up in Wolfenbuettel, Germany. For his studies of chemistry he moved to Goettingen, Germany, where he joined the group of Prof. D. B. Werz to investigate rearrangement reactions of donor-acceptor cyclopropanes. Since January 2014, Johannes has been a member of the Sarpong group with a Postdoctoral-Fellowship from the German Research Foundation (DFG) working on the total synthesis of indole alkaloids.
